Randall Cortner is a managing member of Phillip Scott Management and Investments, LLC. Phillip Scott Management is based in Tampa, Florida and serves as the property management firm for 1400 units in Pinellas, Pasco, and Hillsborough Counties. Mr. Cortner is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Florida has developed a reputation as an ethical, responsible, and trustworthy representative of the properties under his tenure. As his business has grown he has come to specialize in the 10–200 unit segment of the multifamily market with a focus on A, B and C class type assets. Mr. Cortner has a 18 year history of successfully stabilizing properties, implementing strategic objectives and increasing Net Operating Incomes for his clients. Utilizing his experience, Mr. Cortner consistently maintains high occupancy rates as compared to the standards in the local market. His innovative thinking and willingness to approach each scenario with an open mind, sets him apart as a commensurate professional and trusted advisor. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Florida State University with a minor in Business and Psychology.
