Currently we have a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom garden residence with a semi-private back patio. This unit has a large walk-in closet as well as upgraded kitchen cabinets, new appliances, counter tops, and was just freshly painted! We welcome residents with pets.

The Palms boasts 24-hour management and concierge style maintenance, and plenty of off-street parking in our private lot. There is a $70 monthly fee to cover your water and sewer utility cost.
